We are looking for Business Analysts with a strong background in Customer Care (CRM) to work with business representatives to define business processes for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care.
The Business Analysts will help write business requirements that will then be inputed into system requirements.
English and Spanish language proficiency is needed. Requirements will be written in English.
