    Service Partner Management Lead/Key User
     


    The Company
    Fast Dolphin is an ERP consulting company, working primarily with SAP and Oracle. We have most of our clients in the US, but also have projects throughout Latin America and Canada, making us one of the leading ERP consulting firms and an excellent place to work.     The Position
    We are currently looking for a Service Partner Management Lead/Key User who will provide service partner management subject matter expertise for deployment of CRM Application in various Latin America countries. This contract opportunity is for at least 3 months, and will be paid on a per-hour basis. The duties that will be assigned to this position are the following:
    • Participate in the deployment of Lexmark Global Service Application (Atlas) in designated Latin America countries. Responsible for Service Partner related Organizational Change Management, desk procedures, training documentation, and training of partners and Lexmark personnel required for the deployment of this application.
    • Responsible for obtaining all pertinent documentation, including master agreements, supplier profile form, Ariba supplier agreement, Insurance Certificate, Tax I.D., New Supplier Account Form, and Credit References.
    • Responsible for data cleansing of legacy data and data setups for applicable applications/information systems.
    • Reviews and approves all Lexmark Service Partner contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, satisfaction of customer specifications, and protection of the company's contractual posture.
    • Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of these Partner contracts/agreements and associated partner payment pricing in the Siebel CRM .
    • Responsible for accurate and timely payments of partners. Reviews partner payment information and submit payment requisitions.
    • Works with the Lexmark partners to insure their proper training and access to Lexmark’s Dispatch, Debrief, Claims, and/or Depot processes.
    • Facilitates partner on boarding process and day to day issues.
    • Provides support and education regarding on boarding issues
    • Provides partner related matrix and analysis
    • Works closely with partner and Accounts Payable on issue resolution
    • Manages partner name changes, address changes, service changes, tax requirements, and additions.
    • Conduct miscellaneous projects as needed

    The Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English, knowledge of Siebel application preferably, two to three years of on-boarding strategic partners and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and use of computer applications.
