The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with business users to support new processes and resolve issues with existing systems. Support global Supply Chain Planning business group with Oracle ASCP and Inventory. Effectively assess business problems, gather requirements and write Business Requirements Documents to be used by the development staff. Assist in the development of technical designs & programming specifications. Work with upper management on Business Process Re-engineering efforts and be a strong advocate for the business community within the IT infrastructure. Background in international or multi-level marketing business a plus. Familiarity with Oracle Discoverer, a plus. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills. Very strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively. Ability to interact at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
